This Privacy Policy explains how BERUNSE HOLDING (acting provisionally for TVM) ("TVM", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit our website or register your interest in TVM certification. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

When you submit the "Register your interest" form, we collect the information you provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your roastery's name
• Your country
• Your roaster type
• The date and time of submission

We do not knowingly collect any special categories of personal data. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. [If you add analytics or cookies later, disclose them here.]

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use the data you provide to:

• Respond to your interest in TVM certification and contact you about next steps;
• Understand demand across markets so we can plan our rollout.

Our legal basis under the GDPR is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to enquiries about our certification. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

4. How we store it and who can see it

Your data is stored securely in our registration system and is accessible only to authorised TVM personnel who need it to respond to you. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

We use the following service providers ("data processors") to operate the form and store submissions: Google (Google Sheets / Google Workspace) [and any others you add]. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data protection terms. Some may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — while we are in contact about certification, and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete it, or once it is no longer needed, we will erase it.

6. International transfers

Where your data is processed outside the European Economic Area (for example by a service provider), we ensure an adequate level of protection through legally recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Have inaccurate data corrected;
• Have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
• Restrict or object to our processing;
• Receive your data in a portable format;
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@tvmcertified.org. You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.
